Founded in 1947, Officine Maraldi Bertinoro S.p.A. has made a name for itself in the world serving major plant developers with customized products such as pressure spheres, reactors, refining columns and cryogenic and low temperature storage tanks in Italy.
En 2014, Frans Citroen, CEO de CitroenCorp, tomó la decisión de formar una alianza con Maraldi Bertinoro S.p.A. en Italia. Como resultado de esta colaboración, se estableció la primera oficina internacional de la empresa en Venezuela, Oficina Principal ubicada en la ciudad de Lechería, Estado Anzoátegui, Con Galpones Industriales en metal mecanica en Anaco, Estado Anzoategui, Venezuela.
